This app is a C-CDA/HL7 viewer.
C-CDA/HL7 is an international standard for the portability of electronic medical records.
It defines a consolidated view or summary of health information of a patient including vaccionations, allergies, treatments, plan of active care, problems, to share information between health professionals.
The C-CDA/HL7 files are in XML format and can be imported into medical systems that support this international standard.
Thanks to this application and the PyboxTech-Med servers, electronic clinical portability is achieved.
The general idea is that patients have their updated medical record (xml file) on their own phone.
With this app you can view your C-CDA/HL7 clinical record.
When you go to a doctor, all you have to do is send your xml file to the doctors email so that with the PyboxTech-Med system, or with any other system that supports the international standard C-CDA/HL7, doctors can import your clinical record C-CDA/HL7 to the system and they can have your C-CDA/HL7 information updated.
The doctor can add vital signs, diseases, vaccinations, among other things.
Subsequently, the doctor must send you your updated C-CDA/HL7 file to your cell phone.
In this way you will always have your updated information.
Thanks to this, electronic clinical portability is achieved.
Later you can go to another doctor and send him your updated xml file, in such a way that this new doctor will be able to see the new information that the previous doctor added and at the end he should send you your updated clinical file so that you always carry it with you and you can visualize it with this app.
If you dont have a C-CDA/HL7 electronic medical record, dont worry, with our PyboxTech-Med system, doctors will be able to generate that xml document for you and send it to your cell phone or email.
This app empowers patients to open their own C-CDA/HL7 (.xml) file and display it in a human-readable way.
The idea is that every patient must request their doctors to generate or update his C-CDA/HL7 document and send it to his personal email.
This mobile app is free of charge and is a complement of the Pyboxtech medical software suite.
